The Mercure Group comprises 12 regional offices in France and has a number of partners abroad.


As part of the groups development Mercure is always looking to recruit thoughout france, sales negociators (town center or country residential) and occasionaly regional office directors.

Sales negociator

Mission :

  • Develop the Mercure name within this region
  • Create a portofolio of properties for sale and to rent
  • Lead successfully the transaction following the Mercure charter

Competences :

  • An excellent knowledge of sales technics
  • Computor skills
  • Good understanding of spoken and written English/French
  • Good knowledge of the countryside or town (depending on your given area)

Regional office director

Missions :

  • Define commercial objectives
  • Recruit and inform
  • Animate, motivate, control
  • Guarantee the quality of Mercure and develop its good image
  • Manage and control the process of litigations and reclamations


Qualities :

  • Excellent knowledge of the property market in general, historic real estate, and of the country life in general
  • The ability to mix in high society

  • Honesty and rigor

Competences :

  • To hold :
    • either a diploma bac+3 or foreign equivalent in economy, marketing or law
    • or a university degree in technology or a BTS in property or agricultural
    • or a diploma in economics or law specialised in construction, sales, or management.
    Failing this, fill concurrently the following conditions :
    • to hold a high school diploma or equivalent in economy, marketing or law
    • justify a professionnal experience, attached to an activity listed in Article 1 of the law decree Hoguet - 2 jan. 1970, at least 3 years.
  • Fluent in english and french (written and spoken)
  • To have a perfect knowledge of computing
  • To have an expert training on property, farming and real estate.
